Department Specifics: Level II Trauma Center, Primary Stroke Center with LVO capability, Chest Pain Center, Robust EMS Partnership, CT Scanner within the ED, Collaborative relationship with Physicians, Self-scheduling, Certified Emergency Nurse fees paid, Evidence-Based Practices, Trauma Training, Triage Training, Stroke Certification.?

Job Summary
As Nursing Manager, level 2 RN, you shape a positive team environment, ensure high-quality nursing practices, teamwork, and patient safety. You create plans, implement policies, manage resources, oversee finances, and manage quality improvement efforts. Arrange educational programs to meet goals and act as caregiver when needed.

Formulate and communicate a clear vision for nursing practices within your area of responsibility.
Involve supervisory and other staff in setting and accomplishing departmental goals.
Continually update your knowledge base with the latest evidence-backed clinical and leadership practices.

RN licensed.
You also need Basic Life Support certification within the first 30 days on the job.
