RN, Clinical Supervisor - Oncology
Summary of Primary Function Provides clinical and administrative oversight of day-to-day clinical operations and oncology support services, under the direction of the Clinical Program Manager. Provides direct, on-site supervision of all clinical staff while maintaining positive and collaborative relationships within the clinical environment. Fulfills position responsibilities and expectations by coaching, developing and empowering clinical staff. Works in conjunction with the Oncology Office Supervisor and cross departmental leadership to promote collaborative efforts in meeting Key Performance Indicators and program initiatives.
