Job Description
Clinical Nurse - Wound Ostomy Continence Team
Please Note - This opportunity is not open to New Graduate RNs.

If so, we are looking for a clinical nurse with experience in wound, ostomy, and continence care to join our Wound Ostomy Continence (WOC) Team. Our team delivers comprehensive care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating treatment across both inpatient and outpatient settings.
You will:
As part of the WOC Team, you will provide specialized nursing care to hospitalized oncology patients with complex wounds, perform thorough assessments, and develop treatment plans to optimize wound healing and patient outcomes. You will also work as part of an interdisciplinary team to provide education, support, and continuity of care throughout the various stages of treatment and follow-up.

You Will:
- Implement the nursing process for medical and surgical patients requiring intensive monitoring and nursing interventions in our WOC Team.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to facilitate continuity of care.
- Provide exceptional patient centered care to our patients.
You Need:
- A minimum of 1.5 years of Clinical RN experience in an acute care setting; Wound/Ostomy care experience highly preferred.
- Bachelor's in Nursing (BSN)
- Current New York State RN License/Registration
- BCLS Certification
- WOCN preferred
Shift: 10/hrs; 8:00am-6:00pm; rotate between satellites site in NYC (David. H Koch Center and 53rd Street)
Pay Range: $119,000-$154,450.00.
