Hackensack Meridian Health in New Jersey is seeking qualified Advanced Practice Nurse candidates for the Palliative Care Service at Hackensack University Medical Center.
- Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem positions available
- Palliative Care Service at HUMC Hospital, ambulatory/clinic setting, and local Hackensack Skilled Nursing Facilities
- Collaboration with an expert interprofessional palliative team and interdisciplinary services
- Effective communication with patients and their families
- Deliver comprehensive and coordinated patient care
- Explain diagnoses, treatment plans, and anticipated outcomes
- No weekends/holidays
- On call rotation for Full Time position
- Qualifications/Requirements:
- New Jersey Advanced Practice Nurse License and NJ RN License
- AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification
- Ideal candidate has palliative, oncology, intensive care, or hospice clinical experience
