The role you’ll contribute:

Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating health services provided by the Radiation Oncology department.  Develops and oversees implementation of all policies and procedures within the department.  Develops and oversees compliance with fiscal budgets.

·         Prepares and maintains journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, account analysis, and subsidiary ledgers

·         Responsible for scheduling adequate staff coverage in clinical areas

·         Provides clinical support when necessary and regularly.

·         Direct, supervise, document, and evaluate work activities of technical personnel and collaborates with RN Director and Business Manager to provide feedback on staff performance

·         Oversees daily treatment schedule and monitors efficiency of schedule.

Qualifications

 

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

 

·         Bachelor of Science in Business Management or relevant health care specialty

·         Graduate from an AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology

·         Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Radiation Therapist to include a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience

·         Current Kansas License as a Radiologic Technologist and A.R.R.T.

·         Current A.R.R.T. certification as A.R.R.T., R, RT

·         Basic Life Support (BLS)
