Atlantic Health System is seeking a per diem Registered Nurse to work on Simon 5 Oncology Unit at Morristown Medical Center. The 12 hour shifts night shifts from 7pm until 7:30am including weekends as needed by the department.
- Candidate will have the ability to utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate the plan of care for patients served. Through the model of Shared Governance, collaborate with all members of the health care team with a focus on promoting evidenced based care within a healing culture for the patient population served and their families.
- Candidate will demonstrate and embrace the PRIDE core values (Professionalism, Respect, Involvement, Dignity and Excellence) in every aspect of their job.
- Candidate must have excellent communication and computer skills.
Minimum Education:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program required
- BSN Preferred
Minimum Experience:
- 1-2 year RN experience
- Candidate must have excellent communication and computer skills.
- All duties of RN- must have interest in the oncology patients
License/Certifications:
- Valid NJ Registered Nurse License
- BLS required
