Job Description
Clinical Nurse- Gastroenterology
Exciting Opportunity at MSK: Join our team as a Clinical Nurse in our Gastroenterology department. We're looking for a dynamic nursing professional eager to showcase compassionate, evidence-based nursing care skills and make a significant impact in our organization.
Role Overview:
- Work within an expanding Nurse-Physician based Ambulatory Care Practice Model
- Assume responsibility for the nursing management of patients in the GI consult service
- Provide clinical support to staff members, and assist with medical management of ambulatory GI patients
- Perform outpatient assessment and offer patient and family education
- Act as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide continuity of care throughout various stages of treatment and follow-up
Key Qualifications:
- New York State RN license and BSN
- A minimum of 2 years of related experience strongly preferred
- A minimum of 2 years of oncology experience preferred
- Strong medicine/surgery assessment skills
- Related ambulatory oncology experience
- BCLS

Additional Information:
- Four x 10 hour shifts 8am-6pm, Monday - Friday
