Built by oncologists and integrative medicine specialists at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK), Greatly is launching a virtual integrative care program for patients undergoing cancer treatment that includes personalized care planning, live group mind-body fitness classes, and 1-1 coaching. Our model has been studied rigorously and demonstrated significant improvements to patient symptoms, medication adherence, and overall survival.

We’re looking for a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) with a background in oncology and holistic nursing to help create personalized, integrative care plans for our patients. Ideal candidates can meet with patients 4 hours per day Monday-Friday between 9am-5pm ET. Exact daily schedule is open for discussion. 

This is a part-time, fully remote position ideal for someone who values flexibility, believes in the power of whole-person care, and is passionate about supporting patients with cancer.

Responsibilities

• Meet with patients virtually to introduce the Greatly program and answer questions
• Customize integrative care plans based on Greatly clinical protocols and patient feedback
• Provide ongoing support related to exercise, nutrition, mind-body practices, and symptom management
• Respond to patient inquiries with empathy and evidence-based guidance

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in the U.S.
• Oncology experience and HNB-BC certification strongly preferred
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Comfort using technology and working in a startup environment
