Oncology Nurse Navigator
Summary Under the direction of the Payson Center Program Director, the Thoracic Oncology Nurse Navigator will serve as a single point of contact for oncology patients from pre-diagnosis through treatment and end-of-life care. This individual will work closely with referring physicians, patients, and caregivers for resources and assistance with accessing clinical and supportive care services offered within Concord Hospital and in the community. The position is an integral part of a multidisciplinary clinical team to act as an advocate, educator, and counselor for patients. Utilizes problem solving, decision making and critical thinking.
