Licensed Vocational Nurse - Case Management/Utilization Review
THE POSITION: Under general supervision of a Registered Nurse, Physician Assistant, or Physician, the incumbent is responsible to assist with patient care coordination and utilization review. The incumbent will be responsible to assist with evaluation of patient care data in order to coordinate post-discharge needs of patients.THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: The ideal candidate for this position will be adaptable, flexible, and possess high-level critical thinking skills.
