Nursing Supervisor - Outpatient Chemo & Infusion
Provides supervisory leadership and clinical support to assigned unit(s). Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates the delivery of nursing care in the department. Serves as a representative of the department and is a liaison to other departments and individuals. Responsible for promoting a work environment that is conducive to quality patient care and employee engagement. Makes decisions within the framework of the organization philosophies, policies, and procedures. Oversees performance improvement initiatives for the assigned unit.
