We’re looking for a compassionate, motivated RN to join our agency.
Cancer Support Team is a licensed non-profit agency that assists anyone with a cancer diagnosis - at no cost - who lives in Westchester. Our team of registered nurses, case managers and social workers help patients and their families cope with the cancer experience by giving them the information they need to find the best possible healthcare, treatment, resources, and social services.
For 45 years, we have worked one-on-one with patients at their home or in a community setting teaching and advocating for them.
We have an opening for a full-time RN to assist with New Patient Referrals
Responsibilities:
Initial contact with all new patients
Obtain personal and medical history
Assign clinical staff
Work closely with Director of Patient Services
Carry Patient caseload
Salary:
$93,000 - $95,000 per year

Requirements:
RN License from NY State (Required)
Valid Driver’s License and Car (Required)
Spanish-speaking (Preferred)
Oncology experience (Preferred)
Med/Surg Experience 2 years or
Community Nursing and/or Home Care Experience 2 Years
Compassion and sensitivity
Collaborative skills
Proof of COVID vaccinations
Home care experience a plus
BA/BSN an added plus as an RN
Salary is commensurate with experience. Flexible hours. No weekends, evenings or holidays. 403b and healthcare available.
