DescriptionIn this role, you will provide support to oncology patients who are seeking cancer-directed
therapy. The primary focus of the nurse includes, but is not limited to symptom
management, education regarding disease process, advance care planning
discussions, provide emotional support to patients and their loved ones, and
partner with oncology nurse practitioners to triage and identify patients with
