Indiana University Health Arnett has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant at IU Health Arnett Hospital at located in Lafayette, IN. Join a collegial team of 1 Palliative care Physician, 1 Nurse Practitioners and 1 Registered Nurse.

Employment opportunity details:

• Full-time position, 40-hour work week.
• Day shift, Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, no weekends or holidays
• No Call
• 100% inpatient
• Collaborative, positive and patient focused culture

Key Responsibilities:

• Consulting services to chronic and acutely ill patients needing symptom management or end of life support prior to discharge from ICU, PCU, or med/surg levels of care.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree required.
• Must be an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner ACNP or Adult Geriatric Nurse Practitioner AGNP or Family Nurse Practitioner FNP or Physicain Assistant - Certified PA - C.
• Will consider experienced or a new graduate.
• For new Grads - need to have strong previous nursing experience in oncology, pain management, progressive care-type environments.
• Certified/Eligible and Indiana License or eligible
