Position Highlights:
As the Chief of General Ob/Gyn, you will guide and oversee the operations of a dynamic team of 21 generalist ob/gyn physicians and 12 ambulatory advanced practice clinicians. Collaborating closely with the Chair of Obstetrics-Gynecology, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the institution’s mission and delivering exceptional care to a diverse and underserved patient population.
The division includes sub-specialists in Complex Family Planning and Pediatric/Adolescent gynecology.

With a strong focus on minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, our division handles approximately 600 deliveries annually.

Qualifications:
American Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Minimum of 3 years’ clinical experience post-residency, demonstrating strong and comprehensive clinical skills in both obstetrics and gynecology, with a particular emphasis on gynecology (preferred). Proven experience supervising individuals or teams, such as clerkship or other leadership roles. Prior management experience in a healthcare setting, ideally in an integrated care model with midwifery collaboration.
