Job Description
Role Overview:
Are you passionate about providing exceptional care to cancer survivors? Join our dynamic, multi-disciplinary team dedicated to delivering comprehensive medical, psychosocial, and educational services to support post-treatment breast cancer patients. In this role, you will manage a caseload of survivors, implement evidence-based standards of care, and collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of patient-centered care. As a clinical authority, you will provide education and consultation to team members while actively participating in research and process improvement initiatives. Your expertise will help shape patient education programs and enhance clinical support services. Key Qualifications:
- Current NJ and NYS RN and ANP license/registration
- Master's in Nursing
- A minimum of 3 years of breast oncology experience, including treatment with endocrine therapy
- BLS certification
- Experience with survivorship and ambulatory care delivery models required
Or
- Graduate from an accredited PA program
- NCCPA certification
- Active NJ and NYS license or be qualified for state licensure
- A minimum of 3 years of breast oncology experience, including treatment with endocrine therapy
- BLS certification
- Experience with survivorship and ambulatory care delivery models required

Additional Information:
Pay Range: 144K-182K
Location: 500 Westchester Ave, Harrison NY
Hours: 4 days per week, 10-hour flex shifts Monday - Saturday; providing coverage primarily in the Westchester Regional Network, with possible rotation to other regional sites in NY and NJ as needed
