We are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our compassionate Palliative Care team at IU Health Methodist Hospital in downtown Indianapolis, Indiana! 

Position Details:

• Full-time, Day Shift 
  • Monday-Friday
  • No weekends or call
• 100% inpatient 
• No procedural requirements 
• Team includes 8 physicians and 8 advanced practice providers

Responsibilities:

• Provide palliative care consultations to seriously ill patients in the acute care setting, including goals of care conversations and symptom management. 

Qualifications:

• ACNP, AGNP, FNP, or PA certification required
• If new graduate, at least 5 years of RN experience in a high mortality setting required
