SummaryThe Radiation Oncology Section (RadOnc) Physician Assistant (PA) is responsible for the care and administrative needs of the RadOnc patients in both the inpatient and outpatient setting of the subsection of Radiology. The PA also functions as a coordinator between the attending physician and the other team members to include Nursing - Hematology - Social Work - Rehabilitative Services and Dietician.DutiesDuties include but are not limited to: Providing comprehensive health care to assigned patientsAttending and participating in all VA patients' Chart Rounds'Providing medical and surgical care for both inpatients and outpatients in the RadOnc sectionCoordinating patient care programs
