Patient Population: All ages, acuities, and stages of life. Direct patient care and documentation of patients presenting to ED with variety of complaints, triage, main sections with higher acuity, Express care/fast track with lower acuity/clinic type patients. Staff rotate to various areas based on experience and training.

Department Specifics: Currently seeking Lever three Trauma designation, Primary Stroke Center, Primary Chest Pain Center, wonderful EMS partnership, Radiology with CT and Sono within ED, Self-Scheduling with voluntary on call, Certified Emergency Nurse fees paid, Evidence Based Practice and Process Improvement projects ongoing, Trauma training, Express Care/fast track with lower acuity/clinic type patients, Staff rotate to various areas based on experience and training.

Registered Nurse Requirements
Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program
· License/Certification
o RN - Registered Nurse
o BLS - Basic Life Support (required within 30 days of hire)

Basic Life Support (BLS): BLS or BLS within 30 days of hire or transfer.
Qualifications
- Grad of an Accredited Program
- Specialized field of study should be nursing.
- RN license.
- Must have BLS certification or get it within 30 days of starting in this role.
