To provide overall coordination, collaboration, and direction of patient care activities performed by the nursing team, foster collaborative inter and intra-departmental functions within the Radiation Therapy Department, and coordinate education and quality improvement activities within the department to ensure effective and efficient delivery of healthcare services.
BSN Required. Current/valid State of New Jersey license (or legal permission to work from the New Jersey Board of Nursing). Completion of general nursing orientation, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) through American Heart Assocation.
Two to three years supervisory experience. Quality management experience preferred. Medical terminology and computer and keyboard skills required.
