Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant that specializes in Oncology Hematology care to join our team at FPN Oncology & Hematology Specialists Lafayette located in Lafayette, Indiana. Candidate with 2+ years of experience is preferred. As one of Indiana's largest cancer programs, Franciscan Health offers leading-edge cancer care. WHAT WE NEED:
Provider will ideally have 2+ years of experience in oncology and hematology care. Ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and a desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients. Physician will need to work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
- Clinic hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
- Flexible full-time schedule
- Anticipated outpatient volume: 12 to 16 patients per day
- Average inpatient volume: 3 patients per day
- Common Cancer Diagnoses:
- Breast
- Colon
- Lung
- Head and neck
- Rectal
- Prostate
- Gynecologic cancers
- Benign and malignant hematologic disorders

Qualifications:
- Master's Degree - Required
- Physician Assistant Certified (PA-C) - Required - or -
- Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Nationally Recognized Certification - Required
- Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association - Required
