The Inpatient Oncology Evening APN performs the role utilizing the patient-centered coordinated care model demonstrated through the following competencies: leadership, direct clinical practice, consultation/collaboration, coaching/guiding, research, and ethical decision making.
Full-time evening position to cover inpatient APN needs.
Shifts 12p-10p (4) 10hrs.
Oncology and inpatient experience needed.
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Graduate of an NLN/AACN accredited program in nursing.
Master's degree.
Maintains clinical competencies through participating in continuing educational programs (contact hours per years), and clinical practice as mandated by Board of Nursing and national certification body.
Experience in relevant patient care setting or as regulations dictate.
Licenses and Certifications Required:
NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License.
Advance Practice Nurse License.
AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification.
Maintains certification as APN in New Jersey.
Maintains National or Board Certification as appropriate in area of specialty.
COMPENSATION:
Starting Base Salary: $117,395.20 Annually
