Oncology Registered Nurse
The Oncology Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing the needs of each patient and planning the nursing care needed to meet those needs, including the spiritual, emotional, psychosocial, and physiological needs. The RN is then responsible for meeting those needs herself or for referring to other areas as deemed necessary. The RN will float duties for both oncology treatment sites and ambulatory infusion sites. The staff nurse is supervised by the manager of the Cancer Center. Responsibilities
